Membership Payments
- Payments are due before the first appointment in the package or first of the month for monthly options.
- You have 5 days from purchase to cancel after which (barring disability or relocation) there are no refunds.
- Payment for training will be accepted via cash, check or credit card (via PayPal or another internet service).
- Late payments, returned checks for insufficient funds and declined debit/credit cards incur a $25 service charge.
- In addition to fees below, new clients must pay a one-time $25 Enrollment fee (except short term visitors from out of town).
- If you want to change your membership option, please just let us know 5 days before the next billing due date.
- Once you sign up for a specific option the rates for that option are secured and won’t increase until year 2020.
Small Group TrainingNew clients attend “On-Ramp” sessions until they have learned the basic skills. This may be 1 session for very experienced (Weightlifting, CrossFit, etc…) to 5 or more for those with special needs or no experience.

Monthly Small Group OptionsBecause you are encouraged to come to the Club as often as possible these options offer a monthly rate and more training opportunities.

One-on-One Personal TrainingIf you have injuries, recent surgery, aren’t ready for group training or would like personal attention for any reason then this option is for you. Ask about the expanded training schedule for PT clients.
