Group Schedule


NOTE: The schedule will change every few months to accomodate the changing needs of the members.

We're getting outside whenever possible so dress accordingly in layers! I'll try to keep you dry (except for sweat of course) at all times.

Sessions last approximately 55 minutes (unless otherwise noted). Please appear on time and ready for anything! Signup below 24 hours prior to group classes is encouraged but not required. You can also call (or text) (518) 374-5968 and leave your name and the day & time you want to attend. Wait for a confirmation after scheduling a session so you know you're in! Groups have a maximum of 6 participants, so the earlier you sign up the more likely you are to get the spot!

Cancellation Policy

Summary: All cancellations and rescheduling requires 24 hour notice to avoid a penalty. Cancellations may be done online with 48 hours notice. Call or Text (518) 374-5968 within 48 hours of your appointment.
